Production

Our production facilities combine traditional know-how with modern technologies to ensure the consistent high quality of our products. We are becoming a key partner for customers all over the world thanks to carefully selected raw materials and the introduction of innovations in production processes.

Our production plant in Znojmo

We ensure the production of our range of products in our own plant certified by the FSSC 22.000 system, an international standard for food safety recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). We focus on environmentally friendly production processes and implement new technologies and working procedures with the aim of minimising energy waste. We prioritise the use of organic food additives in the production of our products.

Our primary activities include:

 

Repackaging liquid and powdered foodstuffs

  • A line for repackaging liquid sugar syrups into IBC containers, barrels and canisters
  • Repackaging powdered materials into sacks and big-bags

Dissolving sugars and acids

  • Grinding, filtering and dissolving sugars and acids

The production and development of sugar syrups and consumer syrups

  • The production of sugar blends, sugar inversion
  • The production of flavoured consumer food syrups
  • Custom production of special-purpose mixtures and blends according to customer requirements

Custom production of soft drinks in KEG barrels

  • A fully automated line for the production of soft drinks and bottling into KEG barrels.
